- Site selection and feasibility, including a go/no-go underwriting recommendation before land is tied up.
- Entitlement and approvals, including SEQRA coordination and planning board engagement.
- Design and construction oversight.
- Marketing and lease-up through stabilization.
Track Record
Draper Lofts converted a historic Rotterdam schoolhouse into 111 loft apartments; Homeroom Lofts did the same with a Sand Lake schoolhouse in Averill Park.
