Nearly Three Decades in the Capital Region
Jesse Holland founded Sunrise Management & Consulting in 1998 with a focus on managing large multifamily rental properties. What began as a dedicated property management practice has grown, since 1998, into a full-service real estate investment, development, and consulting firm serving owners and investors across New York’s Capital Region.
Along the way, Sunrise became one of over 500 firms recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) as an Accredited Management Organization® (AMO®) — a designation earned through rigorous standards for experience, education, insurance, and ethics. Our team holds Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) credentials, and Jesse himself is a licensed real estate broker across four states.
Today, Sunrise manages approximately 1,250 apartments across 11 communities throughout the Capital Region, with three new developments underway — approximately 488 additional units at Bocrest Fields, The Eastline Apartments, and Residence at Century House — a track record built on the same hands-on, performance-driven approach the company was founded on.
