Construction Owners reported that Sunrise Management & Consulting has finalized the construction contract and closed on construction financing with Community Bank, N.A. for The Eastline Apartments, a 136-unit mixed-use community in Malta, New York. BBL Construction Services will build the approximately 160,000-square-foot project, which includes about 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, with construction beginning this month and first move-ins expected in early 2028.
