Saratoga TODAY reported that Sunrise Management & Consulting has finalized the construction contract and closed on construction financing with Community Bank, N.A. for The Eastline Apartments, a 136-unit mixed-use community at Route 67 and Eastline Road in Malta, with pre-leasing expected in fall 2027 and first move-ins in early 2028.
Albany Business Review reported that GlobalFoundries’ second chip fab in Malta is expected to create another real estate ripple in Saratoga County. Sunrise President Jesse Holland, who is building The Eastline Apartments in Malta and Bocrest Fields in Stillwater, said the news “massively enhances what’s going to happen there.”

Construction Owners reported that BBL Construction Services has signed a construction contract for Eastline Apartments in Malta, New York. Sunrise Management & Consulting founder Jesse Holland joined the signing at BBL’s Albany headquarters and took part in BBL’s traditional bell-ringing ceremony — extending a partnership that also includes Bocrest Fields and The Century House.
Albany Business Review reported that Sunrise Management & Consulting purchased a 90-acre parcel in Stillwater for $5 million in June, with municipal approvals and tax incentives already secured for new multifamily development — paving the way for the future Bocrest Apartments.
