About the community
The approximately 160,000-square-foot building will pair 136 apartments with approximately 8,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The location puts residents minutes from the Northway, the Luther Forest Technology Campus and downtown Saratoga Springs. Upon completion, Sunrise Management & Consulting will manage and lease the community.

Construction contract signed
On Thursday, October 1, Sunrise President Jesse Holland joined BBL Construction Services Vice President Ryan Manikas and Director of Business Development Cody Dutcher to ring the bell marking the signing of the construction contract for The Eastline Apartments. BBL Construction Services will build the project, with construction financing from Community Bank, N.A.
