Saratoga TODAY reported that Sunrise Management & Consulting has finalized the construction contract and closed on construction financing with Community Bank, N.A. for The Eastline Apartments, a 136-unit mixed-use community at the northeast corner of Route 67 and Eastline Road in Malta. The approximately 160,000-square-foot building will include one- and two-bedroom apartments and about 8,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, with pre-leasing expected in fall 2027 and first move-ins anticipated in early 2028.
