Together We Thrive: Celebrating Teamwork

On November 13th, 2024, the teams from affiliated companies Sunrise Management & Consulting, The Inn at Century House, and Clocktower Hotel came together for Together We Thrive—a special employee engagement event dedicated to connection and teamwork.

The afternoon began with a delicious lunch at The Century House, where we tackled the fun House of Cards team challenge, and Sunrise President Jesse Holland shared company updates along with our Core Focus:

“We create security, stability, and opportunity by investing in, operating, and developing real estate. When our customers experience a welcoming apartment for a month or a hotel room for a night, they have a Home Base. When we do our job well, our customers enjoy their stay and want to return.”

We were also inspired by Colin DeMers (Managing Director, The Century House) and Joann Dwyer (Executive VP, Regional Food Bank of Northeastern NY) as they shared the history, critical mission, and work of The Regional Food Bank. To cap it off, employees toured the Regional Food Bank’s Latham location to see their impactful work in action.
