Albany Business Review reported that GlobalFoundries’ newly announced second chip fab in Malta is expected to create another real estate ripple across Saratoga County. Sunrise Management & Consulting President Jesse Holland — who starts construction this month on The Eastline Apartments, a $40 million, 136-unit mixed-use development in Malta, and is building more than 300 apartments at Bocrest Fields in Stillwater — said the projects stood on their own, but “this massively enhances what’s going to happen there.”
