A 55+ Apartment Community Expecting First Residents Spring of 2018
Albany, NY (October 13, 2017) – Sunrise Management & Consulting and Amedore Group announce a partnership for the development of a new 55+ community near Saratoga Springs with a focus on fun and fitness year-round. Carlton Hollow Apartments in Milton, NY will consist of three buildings with a total of 128 units, including one- and two-bedroom floor plans plus many exciting community amenities including an indoor pickleball court, sauna, indoor pool, billiard, movie room, beauty salon, and more. Apartments will bear The Amedore Group’s signature attention to design and detail with a full gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a private balcony or patio.
“We were attracted to this location in Milton, only ten minutes away from the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, because it offers proximity to all the attractions of Saratoga Springs while being away from the hubbub of downtown,” says Jesse Holland, president and founder of Sunrise Management & Consulting. “Carlton Hollow is geared for people looking for a sense of community and not just a place to live.
