Sunrise Management & Consulting:

  • Branden, Maintenance Technician: “Branden has been a prime example of our core value balancing. Not only does he value the needs of his team over at Van Allen, along with making sure residents are taken care of, but he has also been a tremendous help stepping up this week to assist over at REI with turns when we fell behind, and he asked how he can help us with other maintenance related tasks and goals along with his day to day at Van Allen.”
  • William, Maintenance Technician: “Will has been stepping up in so many ways since I first met him when I started at Sunrise. But every day, I see him balance the needs of our residents to ensure their work orders are completed in a timely manner and always takes the time to make sure they know he cares about the issues they have encountered and fixing them. He takes the time each day to check in and see what he can do to help our REI team get our turns and maintenance goals accomplished and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure it happens. Will also makes sure he comes in every day with a mindset for making sure he represents Sunrise in a positive manner, ensuring he shows a positive attitude to everyone he encounters and is willing to step in and help out at other properties when they need it.”

The Inn at Century House:

  • Robert, Facilities Manager: “Bob does an outstanding job at going above and beyond in his role. He always puts his team, company, and our guests first, whether that’s for safety concerns, projects, or ways to benefit all three parties/cost-effective work.”

The Clocktower Hotel at Century House/Comfort Inn Latham:

  • Gail, Breakfast attendant: “Miss Gail is a hard worker, friendly to our customers, and always shows up for work!”
