She has been welcoming, committed, motivated, and has taken the initiative to collaborate with the REI Maintenance team to make sure that the move in experience for our newest community members is a positive one. She listens to what they need as far as time, materials, etc. and uses that to schedule things accordingly. When something doesn’t go as planned, she listens to the feedback as to why it didn’t. She then uses that for the next time to make things better than the last”
- Kim, Leasing Agent: “Kim is a great example of showing the core values that Sunrise holds. Since I have been at Adams Park, she has been welcoming and committed to helping make sure everything runs smoothly for us here in the office and for our residents and applicants. Kim does a great job every day collaborating with myself and our maintenance team to ensure nothing gets overlooked or falls through the cracks, and is always eager to help with any task that arises.”
