Proposal for Mixed Use Development to Include Passive Solar for New Sunrise Management & Consulting Corporate Headquarters and Sunrise Solars Apartments
Sunrise Management & Consulting will file plans with the Colonie planning board at their 8/9 meeting for a mixed-use development at 836-844 Troy-Schenectady Road. The proposal is to combine three parcels to build a 9,000 square foot office space, including new corporate headquarters for Sunrise Management & Consulting, and two apartment buildings with a total of 21 units. All the new buildings will use cutting-edge passive solar design.
