The Century House property sold, new development planned
The Century House property in Latham sold Wednesday for $6.5 million under a deal in which the longstanding restaurant, banquet hall and hotel will remain and the surrounding land developed into apartments designed in a Federal-style, campus-like setting.
Sunrise Management & Consulting’s investment arm bought the 14 acres at 997 Loudon Road (Route 9) from members of the O’Hearn family, who have owned and managed the business since 1949.
