On Dec. 10, 2021, Albany Business Review announced that the investment arm of Sunrise Management & Consulting purchased two apartment complexes in Saratoga County: the 49-unit Canfield Apartments and 44-unit Halfmoon Garden Apartments.

Sunrise Management President Jesse Holland said he and his partners were impressed with how well the properties were maintained. The sellers are retiring.
“We felt they had good locations,” Holland said. “They’re good, middle market properties. We felt there was upside in bringing our professional management and management style to them.”
