The Albany Business Review featured the Captial District Real Estate Investment Team’s (CDREIT) partner Gilah Moses in an article about the growing popularity of walkability in the Albany area. The CDREIT team surveyed residents in their Knickerbocker apartments (now Jay St. Apartments) to survey how many of their residents owned cars, and shockingly almost none had any. This was the inspiration for their newest project @HudsonPark. Having an apartment complex on bus routes and having secure bicycle storage is allowing for residents to get rid of their cars.
