Van Allen Apartments was featured in an article in the Albany Times Union for being a winner of the 2020 Ellis Customer Experience Best in Class Award for Resident Surveys. This award recognizes the highest community performers for the Ellis Survey Program. It is presented to the top 10% of communities (out of more than 1 million surveyed apartment homes) based on results of resident surveys conducted across five touch points – lead conversion, move-in, maintenance, pre-renewal, and move out.
Van Allen has received glowing survey responses from many residents, including one resident who said, “Hands down the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in, clean, quiet, and every staff member we have dealt with has always been courteous and professional. Keep doing what you do!! Outstanding!!”

Fire-pits, grills, a pool, a decently stocked gym for its size, a great entertaining area in the clubhouse, in house washer/drier (huge win), and both carpet and hardwood style floors.
